A little bit of history repeating… Had the pleasure of photographing these fine ladies on one spectacular evening. The elaborate lights and stage displays were not needed in showcasing the personality and panache of these women. On a personal note my camera’s shutter release button jammed about 5 minutes into the first act, and all these images were shot “blind” or as if back in the “dark ages” of film, without digital review and autofocus. Yes, I will mention that, because I plan to retain bragging rights for being able to continue with the shoot.
